Electronic copies of NCMC Board meeting agendas and minutes are available here.  Approved minutes will be posted within five days after the Board's approval, in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act.

Please note that only approved minutes are available on our website.  Proposed minutes will be available for public inspection within eight days of the applicable meeting, also in accordance with the Michigan Open Meetings Act.  The public may inspect proposed meeting minutes in person at the President's Office, 1515 Howard St., Petoskey, MI 49770.

Meetings of the Board's Finance and Facilities Committee are held on the third Tuesday of each month at 4 p.m., unless otherwise indicated.  Finance Committee meetings may be rescheduled or canceled at the committee's discretion.  Notice of such changes will be posted in accordance with Michigan Open Meetings Act requirements.
