On-Campus Counseling
Joelle Drader, MD, MA, LPC, is North Central’s full-time counselor, available to help students with everything
from learning how to better manage the stress of classes to navigating a difficult
personal event. A licensed professional counselor for 12 years, she has experience
working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship/family
issues, trauma, and many other topics.

Off-Campus Resources
Char-Em ISD Behavioral Health partners with local schools and community agencies to identify and support the behavioral, social, and emotional needs of students and their families. They have compiled an extensive list of mental health and family resources in our area.
