Fellow students, North Central faculty, staff and even Batman himself joined the NCMC Cross Country team for a fun, Halloween-themed 5K run to end the season on Saturday, October 24.
The cold weather and snow flurries didn’t bother the group, as they showed up in costumes to run together and celebrate a successful cross country season.
The race was held on a challenging and hilly 5K course, and everyone who attended left with smiles and candy thanks to Student Senate, who sponsored the costume contest portion of the event.
Spoiler alert: North Central President David Roland Finley was one of the top costume award winners as a very convincing Batman.
This concludes the 2020 season for our NCMC cross country team. All runners saw great success this season.
